I have been a private sector educator for almost two decades now. I have been witnessing how educational privatization has acquired momentum and gained a dominant space in the educational scenario of Nepal during this period. I have also seen how yesteryears' public sector indifference and hostility vis-a-vis private sector's rise in education has lately turned to an honest public-private partnership. In this backdrop, my growing academic, research, and professional interests have been to connect to the globally-networked educational forums, such as PERI, for learning continuity and updating inter alia through sharing of experiences.
